Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amorio, operated by Amorio ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Amorio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Amorio is a wedding planning workspace that helps you manage guests, RSVPs, seating, menus, vendors, itineraries, announcements, notes, and related planning tasks in one place.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that significantly affect how you use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. Authentication is via email one-time codes sent to the address you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your Amorio account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a plan.
Plans and billing
Amorio does not offer a permanent free tier. Access for workspace owners requires selecting a paid plan.
Couples plans: Essentials (£19), Plus (£79), and Signature (£179) are one-off charges after a 14-day trial. Professional plans: Starter (£29/month), Pro (£79/month), and Agency (£249/month) are recurring monthly subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method according to the plan you select.
Prices are shown in British pounds unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Plan limits (such as guest counts, team seats, or number of active weddings) depend on the plan you choose. Features available to you are those included in your plan at the time of purchase.
Trials
Couples plans include a 14-day free trial. You will be asked to provide a payment method when you start checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the one-off plan fee when the trial period ends.
For subscription plans, trial terms (if offered) will be shown at checkout. After any trial, billing continues on the schedule shown for your plan until you cancel.
You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe Customer Portal where available for your account.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
One-off Couples plan charges are generally non-refundable once the trial has ended and payment has been taken, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a 14-day right to cancel certain distance contracts. If you ask us to begin providing the service during that period (for example, by using the workspace during your trial), you may lose part of that right in line with applicable law. Contact us at privacy@amorio.app if you have questions about cancellation rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Amorio. This includes, without limitation:
Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Sending spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
Attempting to access another user's account or data without permission.
Interfering with or disrupting the service or its security.
Using guest data in a way that violates applicable privacy or marketing laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Guest data
You are responsible for the guest and event information you add to Amorio. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect and process that information and that your use of Amorio complies with applicable data protection laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including guest data you upload.
Intellectual property
Amorio, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your wedding planning purposes while your account is active and in good standing.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a licence to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your invited collaborators.
Availability
We aim to keep Amorio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability. We do not offer a service-level agreement during our soft launch period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amorio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Amorio is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) £100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using Amorio at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to the service or other users.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you continue using Amorio after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
